The Setup:
insightsoftware makes software for accountants and finance departments. A category that has treated “exciting” as a liability for decades. But their buyers are getting younger, and the webinars and white papers that used to convert aren’t being consumed anymore. Something had to change. We helped them change it.

The Turn:
The campaign treats manual reconciliation as a survival behavior. Something the species does because it hasn’t evolved yet. Sir Justus Performan IV narrates the chaos of month-end close like a nature documentary, observing the feral accountant in its natural habitat until JustPerform arrives as an evolutionary event. Not an upgrade. A turning point.

The Punchline:
The campaign runs across LinkedIn CTV, LinkedIn In-Feed, Meta, and YouTube. The 30- and 15-second spots drive awareness. Short-form promos run as retargeting assets for audiences who’ve already seen the longer cuts. Animated GIFs and static assets extend the creative system across paid and organic channels. Turns out finance people do, in fact, have a sense of humor. Who knew? We did.

Results:
1.4 million impressions across four channels in six weeks.
YouTube CTR nearly 4x the B2B average.
The feral accountant, it turns out, travels well.
